2 Pizza Setup??

With one pizza, I just lay the pizza stone on top of the plate setter (which has its feet down, of course).

For two pizzas, I'll have one pizza stone on the lower grid and another pizza stone on the upper grid.

Should I use the plate setter? If so, inverted with feet up...right?

I would think that if you put a pie on the bottom of the plate setter it might be a tad to hot to be in sync with the one you had on top.You must have a magic peel that you can retrieve the pie from the bottom.I have not heard of any one doing two pies at one time but if I were to try it I would have the plate setter in its normal position and use a raised rack with a stone for the second pie and see how it works out.
