Stuffed Mushrooms

<p />First time trying these. Definately gonna' do it again. Made one with pork italian sausage and one with Honeysuckle turkey Italian sausage. Great substitute.

Actually that was a piece of pepperoni.
Sauteed onion and garlic, added sausage and cooked until just done stirred in some parm cheese. Seasoned mushrooms with olive oil and garlic stuffed with sausage mixture, topped with more cheese. Put it in 350 degree Egg for about twenty five minutes. Came out good.

Nice job. I really love mushrooms but my kids are not big on them but this may be a good one to try on them, kind of a mushroom pizza.
