I would say make the burgers around 1 " thick..a little thinner in the middle..throw em on the egg at around 400° and flip em after approx 3 minutes you should see a little charring..about the same on the second side and you should be good to go..maybe a handful of mesquite chips for a little flavor..a little longer on each side for a more done burger..HTH[p]Wess
