Pheasant and Chukar Recipes

Howdy, I am a newbie to the BGE, however, so far I love it. Cooked steak, pizza and ribs. Gotta couple of newbies for ya:
1. Saw post about bad ribs, if ya follow the directions, how can ya screw up?
2. We hunt, alot, and need some wild game receips, anyone else on here a hunter?
Now for the question at hand, Does anyone have a receipe for Pheasant and/or Chuckar?

I got my first large big green egg this Christmas. First thing I cooked on it was some fresh pheasant breasts. I wrapped the breasts in bacon and cooked over direct heat at about 450 about 5 min on each side. It was a great omen for the egg, everyone in the family enjoyed the pheasant.
