Previewing Photos

I know this question was asked and answered at least once already, but I can't find the answer, so if someone could please indulge me - what settings do I have to use in order to be able to see my photo in preview mode to make sure it's going to work? Right now, when I paste in the link from photo bucket, all I see is the long address string. Thanks.

I don't think that feature works just yet. I know it doesn't for me. I just attach the IMG code and hope everything turns out alright.

It does not work. The preview feature does not fetch links, it only displays the code. The link is not fetched from the host until the message is actually posted and rendered by the browser. I believe that is by design in this forum software.

Thanks, Mike - don't know if you tried to send a pic with your reply, there was a big blank square. Sometimes wonder if my old computer can't handle some of these fine features, it's from the dinosaur age. I'll try posting a photo soon.

I did attach a photo and I was able to see it on the classic view. When I switched to the wide view it disappeared. I'll try a smaller photo.
