Freezing Marinating Meat

This weekend I cooked a pork butt that I marinated for 36 hours in a Mojo sauce. It turned out fantastic. Pork Butt is currently on sale locally for 99¢ a pound. I'm going to buy a few and toss them in the in the freezer.

Now for my question. I was thinking about putting the pork butts in marinade and sealing them with my food sealer prior to freezing. That way when I thaw them they will be pretty much ready to go. Has anyone tried this, and are there any drawbacks or concerns to doing this?

Thanks.

I haven't tried it, so I can't say for sure. It might depend on the marinade. If it is a marinade with oil, the flavor will intensify, but the meat might get mushy. It might also not keep as long as meat frozen without oils.
