I'm making wings this weekend on the egg, looking to see if anyone has a good recipe or any tips. Thanks for the help!

I have to recommend what my dad has been doing for 20+ years. The key is to not let them dry out - this may take some practice. I think you'll like 'em.

Dust with either Dizzy Pig's Tsunami Spin or Swamp Venom. Dunk 'em in Alabama White Sauce as you take 'em off. Use Dr. Barbecue's recipe in his Big-Time Barbecue Cookbook for the sauce.

i seen this on another forum. and gave it a try a couple nights ago..i smoked the wing for 1.5 hours at 250 to give it some smoke i used apple. then i deep fried them in my wok .added some Frack's hot sauce and butter.. pretty good wings i'd say :silly: :woohoo:
