JW;
Check out The Naked Whiz's site. He's got plans there and a whole lot of good info & a gallery on tables.

Dang your quick Braddog. But I guess I'm not as dumb as I thought I was. Did my link go thru?? Hope not because them I'll have to wake my wife & tell her I'm smart & that wont go over good. :( she thinks I'm only good while cooking. Is a prenup voided after 30 years?

good luck with your build

AT least she thinks you're good at something!

Funny that we all defer to the Whiz's site, but different pages on the site. Just speaks to the wealth of info there.
TNW, my hat's off to you. You're a tremendous assett to this community.

I'm also considering a table for my lge. I'm thinking about springing for granite surface. Worth it?

I can't speak for using granite outdoors on a BGE table, but it's an excellent surface for indoor counters. You can cut on it, put hot pots on it, etc. If you don't want to spend top dollar, you can use granite tiles for a fraction of the cost of a custom slab.

Thanks. I think I'll go to my local big box store and check out granite tiles.
