Firefox and the new forum question

I have always used Firefox on the old BGE forum and when I clicked on the back button it always scrolled down to the last post read. While this still works on the old forum it does not work for me on the new forum. When I click the back button I always wind up at the first post and have to scroll down to find the last post I read. Being a GEEK I am at a loss to figure out what is the problem. Internet Explorer automatically scrolls down but not Firefox. I am using the latest version of Firefox 2.0.0.1.1.. Does anyone else have this problem or a solution? thanks
Everyday is Saturday and tomorrow is always Sunday.
