    ATX,[p]Thanks much![p]I had to run after I threw them on, so I didn't have a chance to get your post in time. I basically followed a portion of the 3-1-1 method....[p]Cooked for a little over 3 hours, then rested it for half an hour. I decided to give it a taste and they had pulled back enough on the bone to indicate they were safe to eat... I sampled and because they were so good, I gave up on the bbq sauce.[p]Yeah, when changing temps, I usually throw it on the gasser or oven.[p]I'll add your notes to my 'quick-ref'...[p]-Jeeves
