Butt is FINALLY done!

<p />Over 24hr and it's finally done. Had a fire go out in the middle of the night and had to reload with lump "butt" it's now done.[p]Found a better way to adjust the temp (Thanks NB) and decided I won't be buying BBQ Galore lump again.[p]Wanted to eat this for dinner tonight with some mac salad and deviled eggs. Wife and daughter made me give up on it at 5pm and take them out for pizza. Oh well, now I have dinner for tomorrows hockey game and race.[p]Mark
