Testing photo issue

I am going to post two 1024x768 photos, the 1st one using IMG Code and the 2nd one using HTML Code and see if either has an effect using the wide view.

Then I am going to do the same thing with 800x600 photos, IMG Code and HTML Code

Here is what I found through this test:

SO - it appears that 800x600 images uploaded with IMG code appear without regard to the forum layout.

1024x768 images uploaded with IMG Code appear only in threaded and classic view, but not in the flat view at all, and never appear if the forum is set to wide.

Now I am going to try this uploading images directly from the PC instead of a hosting source.

I keep exceeding the file size limitation.

Even 800x600 is too large a file size.
