Mornin all!!!![p]A couple of weeks ago I came up with a different appetizer to cook. I normally trim my wings to remove most of the excess skin to justify to myelf that their not too bad for the old ticker. Well I bought a couple of bonless/skinless chicken breats and cut them into strips. I then put them in a ziploc bag with my favorite marinade stuff and put them to sleep in the fridge for 2 days. Set up my egg just like I was cookin wings and let her rip. Quite tasty I might add. No fat and no leftovers. I made mine hot but you don't have to.[p]Give em' a try the next time your reachin for wings in your local store.[p]Have a good day.[p]Mick

  • MickeyT.,[p]There's a restaurant chain called 'Chili's' that has 'boneless buffalo wings' on the appetizer menu, which are very simlar to what you describe. They're really popular and I've thought about trying them at home, but I didn't know how they'd be without being deep-fried. Maybe now that someone else has tried it I'll givie it a go.[p]Thanks,[p]Darren
