<p />I had the great pleasure of bringing MrsSpin home from the hospital Friday evening. She is resting comfortably and looks forward to a full recovery.[p]As I was in a festive mood (and anxious to better the hospital fare), I tried the recipe below using the large Egg. Our Italian neighbors gave it a big thumbs up. Served with a light salad, fresh veggies, and pizza sauce for dipping. We will have this again.[p]Spin
