I am going to cook a 10 to 12 pound turkey. How long should this cook take? Any thoughts would be appreciated - Ray

Indirect at 350º using 15 min per pd as rule of thumb.

Ray,did you brine it? seems to me it cooks fater if you did...doesnt matter becuase the bird will be fantastic! enjoy!!
