1/1/3 Bonless Pork Chops

<p />I tried using the 1/1/3 steak method on boneless porkchops for dinner last night. The chops were 3/4" thick and rubbed with lemon pepper salt. Got the BGE to 700 degrees.... layed the chops on the grill for one minute... flipped for one more minute..... closed all vents, and flipped again... let them stew for four minutes to get them cooked all the way. Served with a tossed saled and roasted (BGE) vegetables....... What a way to live!!
