Gary's Lone Star Dry Rub
Tractor
Posts: 288
Hey everyone. I just posted this rub I use to the 'new recipes' area. Hope you like it. I use it as a simpler alternative sometimes to JJ's.[p]
Very tasty and simple dry rub for pork and brisket!
Ingredients:
• 5 Tbs salt
• 1½ Tbs cayenne
• 2 Tbs course black pepper
• ½ Tbs garlic powder
• 1 Tbs paprika
• 1 Tbs all spice [p]
Preparation Directions:
• Since measurements are all based on the same unit, it is easy to double/triple, etc.
