Talking to a neighbor she mentioned that a turkey either had to be cooked or frozen(it was fresh).Being a good neighbor I said let me have it an experiment-whoops-cook it on the BGE.Problem now is that it has to go home.Used plate setter, v-rack in aluminum pan,apple smoke,rubbed with butter and season salt cooked at 350.What a life!
