Thanks to all who have posted info on the forum. I am one of many stalkers who read if not reply. Finished my first pulled pork butt. 20 hours start to finish. Nervous as an expecting parent fiddling with the temps to keep in the 225 250 range. Pork pulled nicely and we are about to enjoy. To all of you who post your successes and failures, us newegger stalkers are reading and learning. Thank you. From earlier posts I learned that Smart and Final was a good place in this area to shop, found the pork butt there as well as outstanding lump at 13 bucks for 40 pounds. Real mesquite and 2 inch logs up to 6 inches long. Much better than the BBQ Galore lump I was using. CSE
