cooked lobster - "dwell in the shell" - hound dog's recipe i believe - a most wonderful cook - but - also cooked/smoked a prime rib

this is the first one i had done

excellent beyond belief - son in law said, "best ever" - a simple cook - mustard & pepper rub, a short sear, and a slow cook - temp about 260 - took off egg at 130 - perfect for the family -
