<p />Hi all -[p]First cook tonight was standard fare: filet mignon, a couple of links of hot sausage, baked potatoes, salad, grilled bread, and baked apples. Plus a few beers and a cigar. Yum.[p]Forgot to take a picture when I was completed, but here's a pic right before I put the steaks on the egg. Steaks are rubbed with olive oil in a few of my favorite spices (pepper, kosher salt, Lowry's), then I marinate them for a few hours in a combination of A1 Bold and Spicy, Worcestershire, and Beer.[p]Turned out great. I really like having that counter surface. Actually had MORE than I needed. :-)[p]- Mike
