<p />On at noon today, this little butt is every bit as big as it looks. Should be ready for an early lunch tomorrow - balance will be used for things like tacos and Enchiladas. [p]This time next week we'll be on a big plane about ready to land in St. Martins for a few days on Orient Bay Beach - just found a place for ribs in Grand Case![p]Life is GOOD! :~}

    That looks like a beauty!What your set up?I see the foil but can't see if you use a plate setter or bricks.

    <p />Jim R, I use fire bricks that sit on the main grid, a foil drip pan and a 2nd grid that sits on the upright bricks.
