New Bob:[p]Had some more of the D&D tenderloin for tonite's supper. I think the saltiness was caused by using the marinade for a sauce after reducing it. (However, I'd still halve what the recipe called for in soy sauce to suit me.) We made fajitas with just the meat, no seasonings, and it was pretty damn good! Just a little salty.[p]Kelly Keefe
