Christmas Turkey was the hit of he meal

I'm bragging on the egg not myself. All I did was build a fire and read a thermometer. I smoked a 20 lb. turkey this morning and served it at the family Christmas gathering at lunch. At least 6 members of the family commented it was the best turkey thay had ever tasted. It was sitting beside a honey baked ham and it was gone with no scraps to be found with the ham not even half gone. I brined it in a half water half apple cider solution. (salt of course 1 cup per gallon) Stuffed it with apple slices and cooked at 350 over pecan chunks. The breast hit 160 in about 3hrs 20 min. I'm about to smoke another one because I wanted some sammiches.
