Bone in pork loin help

Happy Holidays everyone! I'm having a pre-Christmas dinner Saturday. I'm thinking of doing a bone-in pork loin. Not a full crown roast, probably just a 4 or 5 bone roast. Any recipes or techniques would be greatly appreciated. I have scoured the cookbooks and BGE websites and don't seem to find one.[p]Thanks for all the great help this board always provides!
