Raised chicken

Howdy all!![p]I seem to remember a recipe that called for chicken parts to be cooked on a raised grid. Crisp on the outside if my recolection is any good.[p]Cookin tonight.[p]Thanks[p]Mick

    <p />MickeyT.,[p]Check out The Naked Whiz's site for Spatchcocked Chicken. This pic is one I did on my Small egg. This quickly became my favorite way to do chickens. Simply cook direct at 350 on an elevated grid using two fire bricks on edge. Cook bone side 25-30 min, flip once and do meat side 25-30 min.[p]Carl T
