My wife brought home a three pound pack of these things and I was wondering what is the best way to cook these babies? As always, Thanks in advance.

MasterQnot,[p]You want to start by boiling them for a couple of hours. Follow that with a day or two in the crock pot with some liquid smoke.[p](sorry)
These things are just sliced-up boston butt. I like to spread them out & cook them low until pretty much done, ~190*, then heat the fire up to brown the outside a bit. I generally don't use any rubs on them, sauce 'em after...[p]Kevin[p]
