Baby Back Question

Going to try baby backs this weekend using the 3/1/1 method. I plan to do 3 slabs. Here's my question: When you foil them, do you wrap them individually or wrap all 3 slabs together?

<p />WudEyeDoo,[p]I am not sure one way is better or worse than another. I have always cut my racks in half and stacked just the 2 halves and wrapped them together - so 3 racks would have 3 wrapped bundles with 2 halves in each. I also have them arch up so the grease pools below the meat in the foil. I have just found this to be easier to deal with. Good luck[p]Tim
