I am sure everyone has their own group of BGE staple foods. At our house it has been ribs, salmon, steaks, chops, turkey breast, chicken and pulled pork.[p]Well this weekend we added another item to those we repeat regularly, and thanks from me and my family to GFW and SpiceCooks for the Mexican Meatloaf. I did mine per the recipe on GFW's site with the following modifications - no egg, only half a TBSP of black pepper and about 1 tsp of Emirel's rub.[p]Had a real nice flavor. Has anyone tried this recipe and started the cook slow with some smokin wood for say the 1st 30 minutes before bringing the temp up to 350°?[p]Regards,
