The Rub is On

Last night I cut apart a boneless pork loin roast into 5 two-inch chops. I then applied ample amounts of Polchman’s Mustard (Standard Yellow Type) and JJ’s Rub. This is my first ever use of JJ’s Rub. When I get home tonight, I will complete the journey by bathing the chops in a 700-degree fire. I cannot wait.[p]Happy Rubbing,
