Disclaimer: you people from TX need not take me to task as this post is for the rest of the country where we put beans and tomatoes in our chili! LOL[p]My first batch of Cin Chili followed the package instructions and was OK but just too darn thick and dry for me. Sooooo the batch I made today I added one can of Bushes chili beans, but drained and washed them first, then 1 can of original Ro*Tel Original recipe diced tomatoes plus one can of Ro*Tel Mild. Then my secret ingredient in addition to the called for can of tomato sauce was to add 10 oz of Spicy Hot V8 juice. And my last trick was using 80/20 ground beef and not draining the grease! This ready did make a fine pot of chili! [p][p]
