I did my first batch of wings last night. Since this was my first, I decided to try several different kinds. Since most everyone recommends Chef RD's, the majority were prepared this way, applying some wing sauce toward the end of the cook. Very tasty and will do again. Our second favorite was marinated in "Veri, Veri Teryaki" by Soyvay. We have marinated chicken in this also. Kind of a sweet taste. Very good. We also marinated some in Ranch dressing and Italian dressing. These had great flavor from the smoke, but not much in the way of Ranch or Italian taste. Finally, did a few in a rub (Willingham's) with Jim Beam wing sauce. These were very tasty also. I'm not sure I cooked the wings long enough, but it was a good experiment and will continue cooking wings. I need to find those extra grills now so I can turn them a little easier. Thanks for everyone's help.
