the Kid, how about a storage cabinet under the table top with doors, to keep all the cooking utensils in one handy place

the Kid,[p]Chef Arnoldi has a good suggestion. I'm curious what your table has now, so I can better offer advice (hint: a picture would be welcome.).[p]For my table, I will have:[p] o power outlet for eletric fire starter
o hot plate on top (piece of travertine)[p]Others have:[p] o wheels
o doors
o beer openers
o polder holder (a piece of metal that the polder magnet sticks to)[p]Enjoy![p]--sdb

the Kid,[p]Here's a few suggestions for things I've seen that I might try:[p]1) an umbrella holder for overly sunny or rainy days.
2) a fold out side table
3) slide out tray/drawers for holding my accessories.
4) a corian or tile tabletop[p]I've already added a handle on the end opposite the wheels,
a stainless steel plate under the egg, and some hooks for hanking spatulas, tongs, etc.[p]?Hope this helps,

the Kid,[p]I saw it either in a pitcure posted to the forum, or on someone's BBQ website. I'll be danged if I can find it now![p]Basically it was a small table that was hinged to the small end of the table and it had legs that folded out and rested on the lower shelf of the cart.[p]I'll keep looking and let you know if and where I find it[p]Ca-rnivore

the kid,[p]Travertine is a type of natural stone. The floors in my house have it, so I have something like 30 pieces of these 18" square pieces left over, for repair purposes. Basically, it's the same idea as slate or ceramic tile. Just something to inset into the wood, so that you can put something hot on it, and avoid marring the wood. I'll inset a travertine tile to the side of my Large BGE and one beneath it, similar to what TNW did with slate.[p]Hope that helps![p]--sdb
