Well, the response was great for the football party eatin's this weekend. I'll have some Gfw Chile cooking with a great recipe for chicken wings to also go on (probably have the chicken wings on the small egg). I also got a recipe for "Atomic Buffalo Turds" (Thanks Smikin' Coyote) which I am really looking forward to having. Inside I'll have some Arizona Queso going in the crock pot. Sometime whaile the food is being devoured I'll put on some (first attempt) "Pout's Pretzels" - thanks brother!! I'll also have different sausages to put on as people want, and I'm considering a spatchcocked chicken for nice, warm chicken sandwiches!! If anyone has a killer recipe for spicy chicken wings, I'd love to have a few different "temps" available!! Thanks to everyone for there input.....pictures to follow!!

I'm doing pulled pork for a party tomorrow. I have a 6.5 lb butt, rubbed and ready in my fridge. I'm not sure how many people are coming over, so I'm not planning to do much more. But one of the local supermarkets has beef roasts on sale, so I might pick up a piece of top round and do some Baltimore style pit beef. [p]Should be a good weekend - lots of music (it's mostly musician friends coming over tomorrow) and football. Go Ravens!

    BluesnBBQ,
A few words, please, as to what Baltimore style pit beef is?
I've cooked a lot, but I'm always looking to learn something new to me.
    Thanks,
    Marvin

Marvin,[p]I posted something about it last week. Scroll down to the discussion on beef sandwiches, or see:[p]http://biggreenegg.com/wwwboard/messages/20732.shtml[p]Pit beef is something (as far as I know) you generally only find in the Baltimore area. It's grilled roast beef, sliced thin and served on kaiser rolls. It's not barbecue, but it's good!
