BBQ Buddy,[p]I would put it in the fridge whole and slice it tomorrow just prior to serving.

Whole or flat? I would pull the point off and cut into pieces for burnt ends. Foil for later. The flat, make sure you trim off the fat while warm. Makes slicing easier. Your going to need an electric slicer if cold. You could reheat and slice.[p]Mike
