<p />This was my holiday bird about 1 hour before she was done, which incidentally was also the same time that I had to leave for work. So, 16 hours later here is the photo . . . I still don't know how it (the turkey) tastes. Guess I'll find out some time tomorrow (or is it today?).
Anyway, although this is somewhat belated, I would like to wish all a Happy and Safe Thanksgiving.[p]Kevin
