I would love to thank Max on his tutorial of the bird on the egg.My husband,kids and even the dogs thankyou!!!!!!!It rocked,I can't even say how good it was.I had the laptop next to the stove for the gravy and OMGAWD it was so good.Dogs were circling,baby crying at my feet,a few close calls and BAM it was together.It is the best I have EVER made.No it was the BEST of 10years of Thanksgiving dinners I have EVER cooked.I now belong to the church of Mad Max's Turkey!!
