<p />Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Hope your birds turn out as good as mine did. This year's was absolutely the best I have ever done. Four days in the brine then a ton of fresh rosemary and sage really put it over the top.[p]Eat well everyone! My belly is stuffed and the tryptophan is kicking in.
