<p />Thanks Max. Made two turkeys today. One with your recipe and one "super buzzard;" I spoke to you on the phone about the birds being done too quick. Two twelve pounders do cook a lot faster than one twenty four pounder; I should have realized that. Pics are below; wonderful recipe. Happy Thanksgiving everybody...ETB aka John A.
