Quick Cranberry Chutney and.....Happy Thanksgiving to all!

<p />Not too late to make this, 30 minutes prep and cook time plus one hour to cool and it's ready to serve.[p]ClayQ's Quick Cranberry Chutney[p]1 bag fresh whole cranberries (12oz.)
1 cup golden raisens
2 peeled and chopped crisp apples
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
1 Tablespoon cream sherry
1 Tablespoon Grand Marnier
1 1/2 Tablespoon cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt[p]In a non-reactive sauce pot;
Bring everything to a low boil for 15 minutes then turn off the heat. Mash lightly a few times with a potato masher and your done. Cool, serve and enjoy.
