Mad Max turkey is on in NC

The turkey is on got up at 4:30 it is pouring the rain in WNC and we ar thankful for it. Unwraped the turkey and it was not thawed all the way, I put it in the fridge Monday afternoon some cold water took care of that. Checked the forum and saw Leroy had not checked in with a plumbing and frige light report. I was trying to find the biggest umbrella in the house and my wife asked why I didn't use the nice big canopy we bought at wally world last year, after I told her how smart she was I asked her why she didn't think of it last night so we wouldn't have to get wet this morning. Stock is simmering and it smells soooo good. Turkey is on and I'm waitng on it to come bact to temp. If Leroy would just check in all will be well.
