Transporting Turkey

I saw you didn't get an answer here, so I'll give ya one. I have a large Styrofoam cooler with a lid. I remove the turkey from the egg and get it set and wrapped in foil. I then gently place it in the cooler which is filed with hot towels from the dryer. I tape the lid shut. My turkey was done last year before noon, we ended up driving two hours and ate two hours later. We eat around 5pm that day. The Madd Max turkey was great and still hot and juicy.
