Wednesday -- Tri-tip on the Egg
Thursday -- My wife's doing the traditional [dried out] turkey in the convection oven... I'll be roasting veggies on one Egg, baking on t'other.
Saturday -- Bison roast in the Creuset on the Egg w/rosemary taters, etc
Sunday -- turkey breast roulade on the Egg
