Thanks to the Naked Whiz, I initiated the Egg and made the Spatchcocked Chicken. I had a bit of trouble stabilizing the temp, but otherwise the chicken was very juicy and tasty. I am on to bigger and more expensive cuts of meat. Thanks for all your help and suggestions.
