I saw on TV today where McDonald's McRib is back. I know I have been waiting for that real barbeque taste.[p]Bill

    B & C,
Go to Kroger and buy Montgomery Inn bbq sauce.[p]Plain ground pork pattied and Egg it around 350-400. Don't get it too crispy. Put the patties in bowl/bag of bbq sauce to coat and place it on a kaiser bun with pickle and some onion.[p]Yowza that is some good eats.[p]

  • dhuffjr,
You must have gone to McU and you have given out the secret. But what about the simulated ribs in the meat. Your pork pattie doesn't have that.[p]Bill

    Rollocks,
Use your fingers if ya like.
I call them Eggribs when I cook them which isn't enough for me and too much for the wife.[p]I've tried seasoning the meat and could not come up with an amount that was right. I cooked em two years ago in Atlanta and they were very well received.[p]Here is one quartered for serving to the masses.[p]DSCF7878.jpg
