Tomorrow is my birthday and I have permission to Egg my own meal. I want to try Duck ala<Orange. Does anyone have a recipe or any suggestions? Hate to do the bird in the oven. Know what I mean Vern?

MAC:[p]Ducks have a lot of fat and this does not allow for much absorption of marinate. I would just rub the exterior with Cajun, Lawry's, or just plain salt and pepper and cook at lower temperatures till done. Cook direct at 275º dome and done is when much of the fat is rendered - could be as long as 2 1/2 hours. I prefer to cut the duck in half for cooking.
