Need a recipe for corned beef

M. Broom,[p]I cook corned beef often and it's VERY simple. I use the preseasoned type and add some of my own (usually cajun) spices. I smoke it for 4-8 hours (dependin on size) to about 195-200 degrees internal temp and then use a meat slicer to slice it thin. GOOD STUFF![p]Smokey
