All:[p]Through the last couple of years I have seen several questions on "how long will the lump last"?[p]Well, I have another datapoint for you. I started out with 3/1/1 ribs on 1 p.m. Monday. At 7 p.m. I put on a 9.5 lb. brisket. It went turbo on me and was finished at 3 p.m. on New Years Day. Kept the fire at 250 so I could do a couple of chicken breasts.....at 4 p.m. I let the fire go up to 350 and cooked the breasts. Shut it down at 5 p.m. All total, a 28 hour cook on one load of lump and I believe it would have gone another couple of hours.[p]Great food!.....life is good. Happy New Year to all![p]CaptainBBQ
