edited November -1 in EggHead Forum
Am going to do a version of Mr. Toad's Pork Loin tomorrow - a new recipe for me & I would apreciate any suggestions as to temp, times, etc. Am thinking of pulling it off the egg when internal hits the low 140's, as per recent forum conversations...Thanx - ERIC

E.B.,[p]I smoke the meal early in the cook (as the temperature is rising) and cook for 20 minutes/lb at 300°F to 138-140°F internal. I pull and tent under foil for 15 minutes.[p]The meal is very adaptable and will work well with just about any smoking wood. I have had as great a success using fruit woods to compliment the stuffing as well as harsher woods to ofset the stuffing. Just the charcaol taste is equally nice.[p]You will enjoy this one.[p]Spin
