Sirloin Tip Roast

Hey everyone. I have been wanting an Egg for probably 20 years. I finally got one a few weeks ago. I have been using it on a regular basis and love it. Everyone that has eaten anything I made loves it. I have just purchased a large Sirloin tip roast and wanted some advice on the best way to cook it on the Egg. [p]BTW I have cooked a few pork loins and injected them with Cajun Injector and it has turned out tender, tasty and juicy. Try it if you haven't.[p]Thanks for any tips on the tip.

Eggaholic,
Sear at 500 to 600 degrees on all sides and finish indiret at 325 till 120* internal. Seasonings of your choice. Slice thin for sandwich with au jus. Horseradish sauce goes well with this.

Eggaholic,[p]I've had good results with this recipe link. The recipe doesn't say anything about grill temp but I would go for about 350.
